Charlie’s travels – Hong Kong 49

Get a bus to the tea plantations and sample the green tea they have for sale in the village – pretty good stuff! Afterwards went on a great walk through the plantations and then bussed back to Hangzhou centre. Hangzhou is the sort of place that inspires the classic pictures of willow trees and bridges over lakes. That afternon a few of us go on a boat ride across the lake and hop from island to island – so picturesque and peaceful – loads of honeymooners about!

Go for another hot pot and then down Old street where all the souivenirs are sold
