Bumi Marine operate a 16-seater transfer boat between Kariba and the lodges/camps along the Kariba shoreline.

  • Self Drive (Drive from Harare on the Chirundu Road, turn left 8 km after Karoi Town onto the Magunje Road, continue on Magunje Road (50km tar, 150km dirt) to a T Junction. Turn Right towards Siakobvu (12km) and continue towards Bumi Hills Safari Lodge (52km) and Chalala Fishing Village (60km)). 9.

Note that fuel is only available in Harare, Chinhoyi, Karoi and Chalala and the road between Siakobvu and Bumi Hills requires a good 4 wheel drive vehicle.
