Cabagan is a municipality of Isabela.
Get in
Cabagan is along the main highway to Tuguegarao, and there are buses passing here generally every hour all day. The bus stop is at the junction to the nearby town of Santa Maria to the west.
See
- Cabagan Square, Barangay Centro. Houses the largest carousel in the Philippines
- Tulap Falls. Newly discovered waterfall, but access is still hard.

- Xentro Mall, Cagayan Valley Road. 9AM-8PM. Has a Savemore location.
Sleep
- Four J's Hotel and Inn, Cagayan Valley Road. Each room has a carport, but the place may be infested with flies due to a nearby chicken farm.
