There is more than one place called Gulf Coast:

Mexico

The Gulf coast of Mexico includes parts of the states of (north to south) Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche and Yucatán.

Saudi Arabia

The east coast of Saudi Arabia is usually called the Gulf Coast, referring to the Persian Gulf; we cover it as part of the Eastern Province of the country.
The most common name for the west coast is "Red Sea Coast"; we cover it under Hejaz.
