Eat

  • Rail Trail Flatbread, 33 Main St, +1 978-293-3552. 11:30-9:30 daily. Popular pizza and beer spot. Impressive range of pizzas and salads to choose from, as well as a few non-pizza options and appetizers. Rail Trail also has a constantly changing selection of 20 or so well-curated draft beers.

Drink

For a small suburb, Hudson offers an impressive, if small range of drinking options. Rail Trail Flatbread is regarded as one of the best beer bars in the region, possibly the best between Worcester and Boston.

  • Horseshoe Pub, 29 South St, +1 978-568-1265. M-Sa 11:30AM-9PM, Su noon-8PM. Known primarily for having roughly 100 beers on tap at any given time. Probably not the best curated selection, but you should be able to find something for everyone.
  • Medusa Brewing Company, 111 Main St, +1 978-310-1933. Tu-Th 3-9PM, F Sa noon-10PM, Su noon-8PM. New brewery with an expansive tap room downtown. Offers 8 beers in samples, pints, and growlers. Solid range that includes more than just IPAs (milder British styles, Belgians).
