By plane

Limoges is mostly served by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet, with flights mainly from United Kingdom.

  • 🌍 Limoges – Bellegarde Airport (Aéroport de Limoges – Bellegarde), 81 Av. de l'Aéroport (7 km west of Limoges, bus #26 runs between city centre and the airport a couple of times a day, however, not at convenient times for most flights. A taxi will run you €28 to the centre of Limoges (€38 on Sunday). You can take buses #17 and #33 from Le Breuil which is about 2km walk away, down a busy road with no pavement to the main bus terminal (Place Winston Churchill), operating to similar sparse timetables to the airport bus.). There are direct connections with Paris, Toulouse, and several regional destinations.

Get around

There is an adequate local and regional bus system for longer trips, operated by STCL. Walking is the obvious choice within the city centre.
