  • 🌍 Volcán de Lodo (cross some fields were cattle is grazing to the east of the town; there are no signs along the path and you must cross several gates -- there are few locals to ask along the way, so it is probably easiest if you bring a map.). A mud volcano with a several bubbling ponds of gray mud a short hike out of town. Free.

There is a free access point at the main park. You will also find an ATM there.

Buses leave every 30 minutes to Medellín from the early morning until 9PM (COP$70,000-75,000.) Instead of buying your ticket at the office for COP$70,000 you can also talk to the drivers and they might be able to pick you up a few blocks down the road and take you to Medellín for as little as COP$50,000.
