Vâlsan Valley (Romanian: Valea Vâlsanului) is a valley in Argeş County, Romania.

- 🌍 Vâlsan Gorges. The gorges are situated in the north of the valley. There is a large meadow and a dam. There lives also the asprete, the rarest fish in Europe, whose area is stretched only per 1 km upstream from Bradetu Spa Resort. From there start several hiking trails, one of which leads Moldoveanu Peak (the highest peak in Romania).

- 🌍 Învârtita Lake. Rarely in Romania, with an area of 2.2 ha and 5 m deep, the lake was formed in a Gypsum Sinkhole on, occurred in the late nineteenth century. Lakes formed on gypsum are rare, although the Paleogene formations of gypsum horizons are sometimes well developed. This is due to the frequent insertions sandstone and marl hampering karst processes and their coverage with impermeable formations. It was declared a Monument of Nature. The lake and the forest that surrounds him is an ideal place for meditation, an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Also in the area is allowed and fishing, and boating.
